This Program provides specialized sensory-motor, cognitive, communicative, social interaction and behavioral training. Our goals are:
To provide training and supervision for the consumer to maintain or increase their self help, socialization and adaptive skills.
To maintain and/or develop positive relationships between consumers and their families.
To provide consumers the opportunities to interact socially within the community and;
To provide them acces to available resoures. Thus, DTTA provides its consumers the opportunity to participate in meaningful and challenging experiences in a successful manner.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
Members deliver & collect the Agency's mail at the US Post Office, also at the local DDD Office.
Also, attend zumba, art, music & Gym classes

Fridays are social
On these days we go to the theater, bowling, shopping, the park, museum, the lake, parades, etc.
We also celebrate our members birthdays on fridays
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
The mermbers that are not Physically able to volunteer or do not want to participate in volunteer activities, they visit a Ranch to interact with animals out in nature to help them with sensory issues.
During lunch time they are taught how to appropiartely use silverware and use good manners .
During the afternoon they work on their individual goals and develop skills by playing video games, board games and cumputers.
Our members choose from activities in or outside the program, that they feel more comfortable with.
