Employment at Santa Cruz Training Programs, Inc.
Thank you for considering us as a future employer. At SCTP we provide services to children and adults with disabilities. Check out our fun activities on Facebook and Instagram SCTP & La Castellana. We hire caregivers who are active learners, creative, patient, and understanding of people living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

- Can you teach? We work in small groups (1-4 people) and large (imagine leading 40 people in exercises to music).
- Can you make work engaging? We help people achieve personal goals (build muscles to walk and balance) and employment goals (learn to prepare food for the Cafe).
- Do you like to learn? We train you and help you learn how to care for people with disabilities, recognizing their rights, protecting their safety, and helping them be part of the community.
- Are you flexible? Sometimes we need your help driving a van (not CDL), picking up an overnight shift at a Group Home, or providing respite for a parent.

We look forward to learning more about you!
